This feature was particularly useful in shared living spaces, during gatherings, or when allowing children to access age-appropriate content without altering the main user’s profile. Now on some smart TV apps, including on Roku TVs, these options have been removed. Its removal has left many users frustrated and searching for alternative solutions.The absence of a guest account now presents several challenges. Individuals visiting or sharing a household must either log in with their own Google account (if they have one) or rely on the primary user’s account.
