She explains that while the competition focuses on 16 aspiring Superstars, with only two earning contracts to join NXT, the coaches are also competing against each other. The rest of them—I don’t know—who knows when you’ll see them again?But it’s a competition between them, and it’s also a competition between the coaches, because we’re competing too. There can only be one coach that, kind of, wins—who’s done the best with their team throughout the show. And one of us will get a brand-new championship, which, I’ve already put it out there—I’ve been hoping for a seventh championship for a very, very long time. So I kind of feel like it’s coming my way.
