As Swifties and football fans know, the world’s most famous couple had clashing GCals today: Taylor Swift was set to attend the 2025 Grammys, while Travis Kelce would be resting up for the big game, as they say. He and the Kansas City Chiefs are playing for a Super Bowl three-peat next weekend against the Philadelphia Eagles. But despite all of this, the two lovebirds were together in spirit on the Grammys red carpet.Swift, who is nominated for six Grammys tonight, including Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Music Video for her collaboration with Post Malone on “Fortnight,” arrived in a red custom Vivienne Westwood corseted minidress. Why is this significant, you ask? The Chiefs’ colors are red and gold (but mostly red). She accessorized with matching strappy stilettos, red ruby earrings, a thigh chain embellished with red rubies and the letter “T,” and her signature red lipstick. I’m no Swiftie mastermind, but this color choice seems like an Easter egg … or something.At the MTV Video Music Awards in September, Swift famously shouted out her man in her acceptance speech for Video of the Year. “Everything this man touches turns to happiness, fun, and magic,” she said. And then the whole world swooned! Here’s hoping Swift wins at least one of the awards she’s nominated for tonight, so we can all relive that very sweet moment.
