However, there was no official confirmation about it. Well, until now.
Yesterday, Samsung revealed the date for the next Galaxy Unpacked event, where it will launch the Galaxy S25 series. The South Korean tech giant also posted about it on X (previously known as Twitter). Qualcomm’s @Snapdragon account on the platform reposted that tweet saying “See you there.” It confirms that the Galaxy S25 lineup will feature Snapdragon chipsets.
So, if you didn’t trust leaks and rumors, here’s proof for you. While there’s still no confirmation on which Snapdragon chipset the Galaxy S25 series will use, there’s no other option for Samsung other than the Snapdragon 8 Elite or a ‘For Galaxy‘ version of it, which will be even better.
