The upcoming launch of AMD’s new Radeon RX 9070 series graphics cards, specifically the RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT, is growing ever closer. AMD has confirmed these new GPUs won’t be ready to buy until March and has explained that it is taking “a little extra time” to ensure the software stack and FSR 4 support is up to scratch on launch.Very little is official about these cards; we still don’t know the full list of specs or pricing for example. Most recently, a Bulgarian retailer revealed that the RX 9070 XT could cost as much as $899 before AMD chose to delay it. For comparison, the RTX 5070 series, which is expected to directly compete with the two new Radeon RX 9070 cards, costs $549 and $749 for the 5070 and 5070 Ti respectively.
