Clicking on it brings up the higher trade-in values that will effectively bring your price for a new Galaxy S25 Ultra to $0.
AT&T is giving the maximum value of $1,300 for the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, the entire Galaxy S24 series, as well as the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
