Lincoln Ave., when an incendiary device was ignited and thrown at the building. The device landed between two vehicles and caught fire, which a responding officer extinguished. The building and several vehicles were also damaged by rocks, the Loveland Police Department said.”What would appear to be rocks were thrown at the window, and our theory is that the individual tried to break the glass on the side of the building in order to place the incendiary device inside to create even more damage,” said Police Chief Tim Doran at the time of the incident.Cooper Jo Frederick, 24, of Fort Collins, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of:This was the fifth time in five weeks that the Tesla dealership was targeted, with previous incidents occurring on Jan. 29, Feb. 2, Feb. 7 and Feb. 24.
