We’re slowly but surely getting close to patch 8 for Baldur’s Gate 3. The previous major patch, as you may have guessed, was patch 7, and it brought official modding tools. Thankfully, this simple change resolves that issue. Patch 8 is slated to be the last major update to Baldur’s Gate 3, which is important to note as it means there likely won’t be any further mod-breaking updates coming to the game; Larian’s major patches have a reputation of breaking mod compatibility. If you want to read more about upcoming Baldur’s Gate 3, we recommend two custom campaigns on the way: Path to Menzoberranzan and The Grand Theater. These are the type of ambitious mods we love to see coming as a result of the official modding tools, and they only continue to extend the lifespan of the game while Larian moves onto its next project. Are you confident buying an Nvidia 50 series GPU right now?I have no problem buying an RTX 50 series GPUNo, the missing ROPs issue is a problemNo, I don’t want to worry about power connector overheatingCharlie is the Affiliate manager for PC Guide.
