Sarah Connor, John Connor and the T-800 are back in this 2D action side-scroller developed by Bitmap Bureau.Described as a love letter to 80s/90s arcade games by Bitmap Bureau’s Design Director & Programmer Mike Tucker, in Terminator 2D: NO FATE, the story blends iconic scenes from Terminator 2: Judgment Day with original scenarios and multiple endings. You play as Sarah Connor and the T-800 through a variety of missions as you take on the T-1000 and try to put a stop to Skynet’s plans before the human race is annihilated. Players will also lead the Resistance as John Connor in the future, fighting on the front lines as mankind’s only hope in the war against the machines.Terminator 2D: NO FATE brings the legendary action film movie to life with arcade gameplay and glorious pixel artwork associated with Bitmap Bureau. The team even put together a behind-the-scenes look at how they tackled the challenge of translating one the film into a complete arcade experience, capturing its memorable scenes and iconic moments.Three physical editions will be available for consoles at select retailers, with pre-orders open now. Out now in Early Access on Steam, R.E.P.O. (as the name says) has you and up to 5 friends locating physics-based objects and handling them with care as you retrieve and extract them to satisfy your creator’s desires.R.E.P.O. puts you under the employment of a mysterious computer intelligence, you play as a robot, whose job is to locate, transport and extract items from the haunted remains of a long lost humanity. Carefully handling the objects to avoid damaging them is one thing, but you and your team also have to deal with the various monster lurking around. Attracted to sound, it’s imperative you don’t drop that ceramic vase or piano, as your employer’s anger will be the least of your worries.Seeing as you’re part of a team, you can communicate proximity voice chat, which is necessary if you’re going to handle these objects without dropping them. Luckily, the money earned from successful extractions can be used to purchase upgrades and weapons from your creator to make dealing with the monsters and your tasks that much easier.Currently, R.E.P.O. is available in Early Access with 3 worlds, 19 enemies, 29 equipment items and 8 player upgrades. semiwork plans on adding more player customization and meta progression, as well as more story elements, upgrades, equipment, levels and enemies in the final version.
