Ethan Page’s New Finishing Move Name Revealed – Ringside News

Ethan Page’s finisher now has an official name. During NXT Vengeance Day on February 15, 2025, Vic Joseph confirmed that Page’s devastating finishing move is called Twisted Grin as he used it to put away Je’Von Evans in a physical showdown. The match kicked off with high intensity as Evans wasted no time taking the fight to Page. He flew through the ropes with a tope suicida, sending Page crashing over the announce desk before following up with a series of stiff right hands. Once back in the ring, Evans continued to dictate the pace, connecting with a Blue Thunder Bomb and setting up for his signature OG Cutter. But Page wasn’t about to let Evans run away with the momentum. He countered the OG Cutter attempt, low-bridged Evans onto the apron, and launched himself over the top rope to take him down on the outside. Page then turned his attention to Evans’ ankle, placing him on the ring steps and dropkicking them to inflict damage before rolling him back into the ring.Once inside, Page continued his attack on the ankle, dropping a knee onto it and locking in an Ankle Lock to wear Evans down. He followed up with a bodyslam, then a powerslam, going for the pin, but Evans kicked out.Evans refused to go down easily, countering with a springboard roundhouse kick to stun Page. But when he attempted a high-risk maneuver from the top rope, Page tripped him up and locked up with him before driving him into the mat with Twisted Grin, a move that resembles an RKO. This time, there was no kickout—Page secured the three-count and walked away with a decisive win. With the name Twisted Grin now attached to his finisher, Page has added another defining element to his in-ring arsenal.
