Hoops Rumors
The Hornets are in the awkward position of having Mark Williams back on their roster after their trade with the Lakers was rescinded. Charlotte released a statement (Twitter link) welcoming Williams back to the team. The franchise made it clear that the third-year big man will be back in the starting lineup.“After the other team aggressively pursued Mark, we made the difficult decision to move him,” the statement read in part. “We have always held great respect for Mark’s talent, work ethic and character. We are thrilled to see him rejoin the roster as a dynamic presence at the starting center position.”We have more from the Southeast Division:Top players in G-league this yr. All who need help. Should be looking at them.link to stats.gleague.nba.comThanks for linking that. Always interesting to see what players are in the G-League. TJ Warren, Kevin Knox, Moses Brown, Trey Burke, guys that could be productive role players for some teamsRumors have been going around (at least among Knicks fans) that they will get Warren but are waiting for March 1st. Knox is horrible, not sure he’d really help anyone.Knox has, sadly, been kinda good in GL this year, and likely will get GSW’s open 2W spot…smh…Jackson Rowe stinks bigly tooTJ Warren just scored 47 points in the G-League on 61% shooting from the field. Knicks may want to make the decision of signing him and bringing him along with time to mesh into his role on the team, come playoff timeWiz did well this deadlineMagic need more depth.maybe younger defensive sg/sf. Mattise thybulle will be fit for them.no need much scoring from him.he can play as sf or sg.goga and mo can be their starter and backup c,wcj more like pf and injury a lot.So you’re telling me that Orlando was reportedly interested in Coby and you couldn’t find a damn trade for him? With the 20 picks they possess? Bulls are like Temu version of how a professional big name/brand city should be running their franchise.
