Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting an up-and-coming rapper and singer at a Los Angeles nightclub a decade ago, according to a new lawsuit.The alleged victim, who filed suit as a John Doe, claims he was 23 when the music industry titan attacked him during a VIP afterparty at QC’s 20/20 in 2015, the Manhattan Supreme Court filing.The accuser says Combs allegedly drugged him and then performed oral sex on him when he was unconscious, according to the suit, filed Monday.The alleged incident occurred following a performance by the victim. Just before he’d taken the stage that night, opening for a popular artist, he was approached by a “long-time and well-known associate of Combs,” who told him the starmaker would be in the audience and could offer him a record deal if he performed well, the suit states.During the afterparty in the club’s backroom, bottles of Combs’ vodka, Ciroc, flowed and the alleged victim started to feel lightheaded after sipping a drink given to him by a friend of the mogul’s, the suit states.“He realized he had been drugged and soon lost total consciousness,” the lawsuit claims.As the man passed out, he saw “Combs and his entourage engaging in group sexual activity, often with other attendees who appeared either drugged, unconscious, or as if they were paid escorts.”He was later awoken with a “jolt,” as Combs was allegedly “grabbing his crotch while his pants had already been removed,” according to the suit.“Combs was groping him,” the suit claims, and he “believes that Combs had been performing oral sex on him because his penis was noticeably wet.”When he tried to struggle with Combs, his security team intervened, and the record executive reminded him he could “ruin” his chances in the music business with a phone call, the suit charges.Combs then allegedly ordered the young artist to have sex with a woman while he watched, but the alleged victim escaped after he asked to use the bathroom, according to the lawsuit.“The reality and dark underbelly of the industry, as revealed through his encounter with Combs, ended his desire and dreams to pursue a career in that world,” the filing said.The man’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee — who has filed a number of sex abuse suits against Combs — told The Post that this complaints is “one of at least 10” naming the Bad Boy Records founder, that he expects to file soon.“We will continue to lead the civil effort in this matter and look forward to trying these cases in court,” Buzbee added.Combs’ attorneys said the music star has “never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”“Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” his legal team told The Post on behalf of their client, currently an inmate in federal lockup in Brooklyn.In addition to a barrage of civil suits, Combs also faces federal charges, including a new indictment just filed last week, over his drug-fueled sex parties.He denies the allegations.His lawyers previously told a judge that after they personally reviewed recorded footage of their client having sex, at least one woman claiming to be a victim of Combs appeared to have “enjoyed herself.”Combs was also recently taken to a hospital because his “knee was bothering him.”Advertisement
