Full Lineup RevealedJustin Baldoni is making some changes to his lawsuit against Blake Lively.On Saturday (February 1), the 41-year-old It Ends with Us actor/director amended his lawsuit against the 37-year-old actress, claiming that she had been working with The New York Times for months before the article was dropped in December 2024.Keep reading to find out more…According to the new documents obtained by TMZ, Justin alleges the “malicious and reckless” defamation of his character started as early as October 31, 2024, citing the metadata embedded in the New York Times article in which Blake accused him of sexual harassment.Justin‘s team claims readers of the article found “viewing the HTML source code for the article revealed references to a ‘message-embed-generator’ that referred to a date of ’2024-10-31.’”His team says that elements of the article “strip away the legal shields that Lively, the Times, and other Lively Parties were likely relying on to protect their malicious acts of defamation.”Along with his $400 million lawsuit against Blake and husband Ryan Reynolds, Justin is also suing The New York Times for $250 million, alleging that the outlet cherry-picked and doctored text messages in the article to back-up Blake‘s claims against his character.Justin‘s attorney Bryan Freedman addressed the amended lawsuit in a statement with TMZ.“The decision to amend our lawsuit was a logical next step due to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light,” Bryan said. “This fresh evidence corroborates what we knew all along, that due to purely egotistical reasons Ms. Lively and her entire team colluded for months to destroy reputations through a complex web of lies, false accusations and the manipulation of illicitly received communications.”He continued, “The ongoing public interest in this case online has ironically shed light on the undeniable facts pertaining to The New York Times and how heavily Ms. Lively and her representatives were not only deeply involved in the attempted take down and smear campaign of Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and their teams but that they themselves initiated it.”The amended lawsuit also includes a more than 150-page timeline that lays out the sequence of Blake‘s alleged campaign to take down Justin.
