PowerColor Officially Debuts AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Hellhound And Reaper GPU Variants, Featuring Elegant Triple-Fan Designs – Wccftech

PowerColor prepared two more Radeon RX 9070 XT AIB models, which are now available on the official website. One of the major board partners of AMD has added two more RDNA 4 GPUs to its inventory. If you are following the RDNA 4 developments, you must be aware of PowerColor’s RX 9000 GPUs, which were unveiled at the CES. However, the official website of the company only had the Red Devil edition for Radeon RX 9070 XT, which is supposedly the fastest of all it has in its catalog.PowerColor teased the Hellhound Radeon RX 9070 XT a few weeks back, and we also learned about the Reaper series even before CES. So, the new cards were imminent, but obviously, you can’t buy them yet. Videocardz spotted the Hellhound Radeon RX 9070 XT and Reaper Radeon RX 9070 XT on PowerColor’s official website, which revealed their design.Unfortunately, we have not officially seen the specifications from AMD or its board partners. Nonetheless, here is what the Hellhound RX 9070 XT looks like:The Hellhound RX 9070 XT edition looks plain and simple but has a three-fan configuration and a decently big heatsink. It appears to be a 2.5-slot card and exhibits the classic Hellhound logo on two fans, but the PowerColor logo on the middle fan is a new design compared to RX 7900 XTX. There are four output ports, including 3x DP and 1x HDMI.The Reaper Radeon RX 9070 XT edition is round at the edges and boasts a simple and plain shroud with a triple fan configuration. It is also a 2.5-slot card and has a similar I/O connectivity as the Hellhound edition. The only difference between the two cards will be different boost clocks, and the Hellhound will likely have a higher one.No specifications have been listed on any of the PowerColor RX 9070 XT cards yet, and we are likely going to see them much later than we previously anticipated. AMD has announced that it is going to launch these cards officially in March, and therefore, one shouldn’t expect an official specs reveal in a few days from now. As per AMD, they still need some time to work on the software stack to optimize the performance on RX 9000 GPUs, which is why they delayed the launch. Some posts on wccftech.com may contain affiliate links.
