While waiting their turn, the couple shared some kisses and tender moments.Hugh and Sutton were also seen sharing a kiss when they got out of the car later on. The couple has known each other for over 20 years, but got very close when they worked together on the Broadway musical The Music Man. The production was set to open in 2020, but then was delayed because of the pandemic. It began performances in December 2021 and then closed in January 2023 after a massively successful run.Hugh announced his separation from wife Deborra-Lee Furness in September 2023 and rumors about his relationship with Sutton started swirling just months later, though she seemingly shot down the reports by sharing a family photo at the time. Sutton then filed for divorce from her husband Ted Griffin in October 2024 after 10 years of marriage. Weeks later, one of Deborra-Lee‘s friends spoke out to claim that the rumors of Hugh and Sutton‘s affair were “on point.”Hugh and Sutton finally went public with their relationship while holding hands on an L.A. date night on January 6, 2025.
