As wildfires continue to rage across Los Angeles, a benefit concert has been announced to support the affected communities.
Intuit Dome will host a benefit show dedicated to rebuilding communities devastated by the fires and supporting efforts to prevent future disasters throughout Southern California. FireAid, an evening of music and solidarity, will take place Jan. 30 at the newly opened Inglewood venue, with performers and ticket information to be announced soon.

Proceeds from the concert will go toward a 501(c)(3) created for the event that will focus on rebuilding infrastructure, supporting displaced families and advancing fire prevention technologies and strategies to ensure L.A. is better prepared for fire emergencies. The show will be produced by Shelli, Irving and the Azoff family, in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents.

The announcement comes after Los Angeles has been ravaged by fires in recent days, with thousands evacuated from the Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Altadena, Pasadena and more areas of the city as entire communities have been destroyed.
Events have been largely cleared from the calendar — with a number of premieres canceled as well as the Critics Choice Awards, AFI Awards and AARP Movies for Grownups postponed — but are expected to resume later this month. The Intuit Dome concert is set just three days before the Grammys take place in downtown L.A., meaning an A-list lineup of performers is likely as they arrive in town for the big awards weekend.
Ahead of the show, various organizations have begun to mobilize aid efforts, including ones intended for first responders and for members of the entertainment community impacted by the natural disaster.
