To control SignalRGB on my WindowsPC from Homeassistant i use HASS.Agent and setup commands like this for Signal:

start signalrgb://effect/apply/Solid%20Color?color=AA0000^&-silentlaunch-

For now I created commands for different colors. Will dive into ways to set color with a parameter if possible
